摘要
目的观察研究姜黄素对实验动物胃排空、小肠推进功能、湿粪计数、离体小肠平滑肌活动的影响。方法小鼠随机分为空白对照组、莫沙必利组和不同剂量姜黄素(100 mg/kg、200 mg/kg、400 mg/kg)组,预先给予灌胃,给药1 h后,采用炭末推进法,测定小鼠胃内容物的残留率、小肠中活性炭粉混合物的推进距离及湿粪计数的变化情况;制作豚鼠回肠离体肠段标本,分为空白对照组、乙酰胆碱组和不同浓度姜黄素(146μg/m L、292μg/m L、584μg/m L)组,测定给药前后肠段平滑肌收缩强度和频率的变化情况。结果姜黄素可使小鼠胃残留率明显减少(P<0.05,P<0.01),湿粪数明显增加(P<0.05,P<0.01),同时能增强豚鼠离体小肠平滑肌收缩强度(P<0.05)。结论姜黄素具有明显促进动物胃肠运动作用。
Abstracts:Objective To investigate the effects of curcumin on the gastric emptying, intestinal propulsion, counts of damp excrement and movement of isolated small intestine smooth muscle in experimental animals.Methods The experimental mice were randomized to the following groups: blank control, mosapride, different concentration (100 mg/kg、200 mg/kg、400 mg/kg) curcumin.Each group was admin-istrated equivalent medicine.The remaining rate of substance in stomach, the distance that the mixture of Arabian gel and active charcoal powder in intestines were carried forward and the counts of damp excrement were measured.The samples of isolated ileum segment from guinea pigs were prepared, the samples were randomized to the following groups: blank control, acetylcholine, different concentration (146μg/mL、292 μg/mL 和 584 μg/mL) curcumin, then the contraction intensity and frequency of gut smooth muscle were measured pre -and post -treatment of curcumin.Results Curcumin could significantly improve gastric emptying, accelerate the intestinal propulsion and in-crease counts of damp excrement in mice (P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01).Furthermore, curcumin could significantly reinforce the contraction intensi-ty of isolated small intestine smooth muscle in guinea pigs (P 〈0.05,P 〈0.01).Conclusions Curcumin has the function of promoting the motion of gastro -intetines in the experimental animals.
