摘要
目的研究炙甘草汤对正常家兔左心室电生理特性的影响,探讨其抗心律失常的作用机制。方法采用单相动作电位(MAP)记录技术,测定空白对照组和炙甘草汤组兔心室肌体表心电图和MAP的变化。结果与对照组比较,炙甘草汤组兔心室肌心率减慢,QT间期延长的同时Tp-e不增加,Tp-e/QT缩小;并且炙甘草汤组兔心室肌单相动作电位幅度(MAPA)无明显变化,单相动作电位时程(MAPD)MAPD20、MAPD50、MAPD90均延长。结论炙甘草汤能降低心率,延长MAPD,并缩小Tp-e/QT,减少室性心律失常发生,可能是炙甘草汤抗心律失常且相对安全的机制。
Abstracts:Objective To observe the effect of Zhigancao Decoction(ZD) on left ventricular electrophysiology in rabbits.Methods The monophasic action potential recording technique were used to investigate electrocardiogram and the effects of ZD on MAP in control group and ZD group .Results ZD group reduced the heart rate and lengthened QT intervals,and Tp -e /QT was lower than control group.Monopha-sic action potential amplitude (MAPA) of ventricular myocytes had no difference, monophasic action potential duration(MAPD)MAPD20, MAPD50,and MAPD90 were prolonged in ZD group.Conclusion ZD can reduce heart rate , prolong MAPD ,and decrease Tp -e /QT in rab-bits ventricle cardiomyocytes, which may contribute to its antiarhythmic safely effect.
