二十五味驴血丸治疗类风湿关节炎临床研究

Clinical Research of Ershiwuweilvxue Powder in Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的观察二十五味驴血丸治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法将180例病例随机分为3组,空白对照组给予常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗基础上加用二十五味驴血丸;阳性对照组在常规治疗基础上加用复方玄驹胶囊,疗程均为12周。3组于治疗前后抽血送检,观察实验室指标变化及临床症状缓解情况。结果试验组及阳性对照组的疗效及其在缓解临床症状(改善晨僵时间、关节肿胀数、关节压痛数)方面优于空白对照组(P<0.05)。结论二十五味驴血丸联合非甾体消炎镇痛药及改善风湿病情药治疗类风湿关节炎,可明显改善症状,不良反应少。

Abstracts：Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Ershiwuweilvxue powder on rheumatoid arthritis.Method 180 cases of RA were randomly divided into three groups,the control group was given conventional treatment,the experimental group received additional Ershiwuweilvxue powder,and the positive control group received additional Compound Xuanju capsule.All groups treated for 12 weeks,than observed laboratory index changes and clinical symptomatic remissions with cerebrolysin.Results The experimental group and positive con-trol group were better than the blank control group in the curative effect and alleviating clinical symptoms（improve the number of time of morning stiffness, joint swelling, joint tenderness）（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Ershiwuweilvxue powder combined with NSAIDs and DMARDs in treating with RA could obviously improve the symptoms, and has less adverse reaction.
