中西医结合治疗斑块状银屑病疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Integrated Chinese- western Therapy on Plaque Psoriasis

目的观察中药加地奈德乳膏联合松馏油软膏封包治疗斑块状银屑病的疗效和安全性。方法 175例寻常性斑块状银屑病患者随机分为两组,对照组给予地奈德乳膏联合松馏油软膏封包治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上口服中药。两组均治疗4周,在治疗2、4周后观察临床疗效及安全性。结果两组总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组PASI评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中药加地奈德软膏联合松馏油乳膏封包治疗斑块状银屑病起效快、疗效明显、不良反应小。

Abstracts：Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of TCM plus Desonide cream combined with Pine tar ointment packets in trea-ting plaque psoriasis.Methods 175 cases of plaque psoriasis were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given desonide cream combined with pine tar ointment packet treatment, the treatment group was given Chinese medicine based on the control group.The two groups were treated for 4 weeks, in the treatment of 2, 4 weeks to observe the clinical efficacy and safety.Results The total efficiency of two groups had significant difference （P 〈0.05）;PASI scores had statistical significance differences between two groups （P 〈0.01）.Con-clusion TCM pluses Desonide ointment combined with the onset of distillate oil cream in treatment of plaque psoriasis have rapid and obvi-ous effect, less adverse reactions.
