社会互动、信任与农村居民养老保险参与行为研究

Social Interaction,Trust and the Farmers' Behavior of Participation in the Rural Social Endowment Insurance

农民的社会关系结构及其特征对其参与农村居民养老保险有重要影响。以对陕西省和山东省1 456个被访农民的问卷调查数据为基础,综合运用均值分析、因子分析和Logistic回归分析方法,从社会互动和信任理论视角分析了农民参与农村居民养老保险的影响因素。结果发现,农民的社会互动和信任呈现差序格局的形态。社会互动和信任对农民参与农村社会养老保险的正向影响是独立的,二者对农民参与行为的影响都是通过弱关系实现的。本文的研究为农村社会养老保险制度推行提供了一个政策视角,政府应该制定措施利用社会互动与信任激发农民的参与热情。

The structure and features of social relations of farmers have important influence on their par-ticipating in the rural social endowment insurance.Using the data of 1456 peasants in Shaanxi and Shandong province, this article gives a quantitative analysis on the influence of social interaction and trust on the farmers＇participation in rural social endowment insurance.Factor analysis finds that the social interaction and trust present pattern of difference sequence.Logistic regression analysis finds that the influence of the social inter-action and trust on farmers’ participation are independent, both of which have an effect on farmers＇participa-tion behavior through weak ties.This paper provides a policy perspective that the government should consider how to take measures to arouse farmers＇participation, making use of the social interaction and trust.
