党参提取物制备工艺优化及其挥发性成分的GC-MS分析 被引量:3

摘要 以党参为研究对象,提取率为考察指标,设计单因素试验和正交试验,研究了乙醇浓度、提取时间和料液比对党参超声提取法效率的影响,并对提取物的挥发性成分进行GC-MS分析.结果表明,党参提取工艺优化条件为:乙醇浓度(v/v)50%,萃取时间40 min,料液比(w/v)1∶10,提取率达到52.88%.从党参超声提取物中共鉴定出39种挥发性成分,其中含量较高的成分是糠醛、乙酸十八醇酯、5-甲基-2-呋喃甲醛、二十八烷等,这与用水蒸气蒸馏法或同时蒸馏萃取法提取所得的组分均存在差别. Radix CodonoPsis was used as raw materials,the extraction yield as the index,to investigate effects of the ethanol concentration,extraction time,and the ratio of solid and liquid on the ultrasonic extraction by single factor experiment and orthogonal lexperiment. And the volatile components of the ex-tract were analyzed by GC-MS. The results showed that the extraction yield reached 52. 88% on the optimi-zation condition:ethanol concentration(v/ v)50% ,extraction time 40 min and the ratio of solid and liquid (w / v)1: 10,39 kinds of volatile components were identified from it,higher constituents were furfural, stearyl alcohol acetate,5-methyl-2-furaldehyde,octacosane,etc. ,which were different from the constituents of the extract by steam distillation and by simultaneous distillation extraction.
