J公司在前期信息化建设的基础上,开发了协同物流管理平台,通过建设信息协同交流、协同采购、网上询报价和供应商评估四个子系统,实现了信息协同交流、采购协同和配送协同、网上询报价、网上评价,加快了信息传达速度,保证了生产线的正常运转,提高了供应商服务质量,更新了管理理念与方法。J公司基于信息化的协同物流管理经验,对于同类企业具有十分重要的借鉴意义。
On the basis of preliminary informatization,J company developed collaborative logistics management platform. The platform including collaborative exchange of information,collaborative procurement,online RFQ and supplier evaluation has be constructed.Collaborative exchange of information,collaborative procurement and distribution synergies,online inquiry quotes, on line evaluation achieved.Construction of collaborative logistics management platform accelerated the speed of information to convey,ensured the normal operation of the production line,improved the quality of service providers,and updated management ideas and methods.Experience about J company collaborative logistics management is a very important reference for similar enterprises.
