基于核心企业领导的供应链质量管理研究

The Supply Chain Quality Management under the Leadership of the Core Enterprise

著名质量管理大师朱兰博士指出:如果说20世纪是效率的世纪,那么21世纪是质量的世纪。供应链质量管理作为质量管理和供应链管理的交叉领域备受关注,其将质量管理从单个企业内部控制转变为多个企业之间协同的质量管理。文中通过对供应链质量管理在国内外发展现状分析研究,提出了核心企业领导下供应链质量管理的模型。通过对模型加以分析,探讨在实施供应链质量管理过程中核心企业领导作用是如何体现的。

The quality management master Zhulan pointed out：If the 20th century is the century of efficiency,the 21st century is the century of quality.As the cross area of quality management and supply chain management,supply chain quality management has been paid much attention.The quality management has been changed from a single enterprise internal control to a synergy among multiple enterprise quality management.This article reviews the researches about supply chain quality management in domestic and foreign counties,discusses the model of the supply chain quality management under the leadership of the core enterprise and the leading role of the core enterprise in the process of implementing the supply chain quality management.Through analysis of the model,the article proposes how the core enterprise running in the process.
