摘要
文中对冷鲜鸡供应链中生产商、屠宰场、物流商、零售商、消费者进行了全面调研,分析了冷鲜鸡供应链的流程和风险因素。调研表明,目前冷鲜鸡在供应链各环节中,品质安全意识淡薄,相关的检疫标准不统一,存在重大的安全风险隐患。文中总结了冷鲜鸡供应链危机管理的主要风险因素以及可能演化为危机的风险因素,对冷鲜鸡的供应链危机管理具有重要参考价值。
A comprehensive investigation to the suppliers,logistics providers,retailers and consumers of cold fresh chicken （CFC）is conducted in this paper.The processes and risk status of CFC supply chain are analyzed.The results of investigation indicated that the quality safety consciousness is lacked;related quarantine standards are not unified.There are significant security risks in every link of the CFC supply chain.The risk and possible crisis factors of CFC supply chain are summarized.It will be of important reference value to CFC supply chain risk management.
