摘要
高校校园网购异军突起催生了巨大的校园快递服务需求,从而也彰显了校园快递服务的"最后一百米"问题,文中旨在对武汉高校校园快递服务现状进行全面的了解和分析。文中选取具有代表性的26所武汉高校校园,对其快递服务网点进行了全面细致的实地调查,并随机地向校园师生、家属发放了1300份校园快递服务调查问卷。结合实地调查和问卷调查的结果,总结了武汉高校校园快递服务的现状和问题。通过因子分析发现,灵活性和及时性、便捷性以及安全性是影响校园快递整体服务质量的重要因素,参考国内外其他末端消费物流服务的经验,提出了改进高校快递服务的建议。
The developing online shopping on campus has given rise to great express service demand,which also reveals some problems during the process of express service “at the end of one hundred meters”.The purpose of this paper is to understand and analysis the situation of express service on campuses in Wuhan.We select 26 colleges in Wuhan,investigate the express service networks and randomly distribute 1300 questionnaires to teachers and students.Based on the results of survey,we summarize the present situation and problems of express service on campuses in Wuhan.Through factor analysis,we find that timeliness,flexibility,convenience and security are the important factors which influence the express service quality on campus. Finally,based on the experience of consumption logistics service at home and abroad,we put forward suggestions to improve the express service quality on campus.
