基于企业需求视角的电子商务人才能力构成体系研究

Research on the System of E- Commerce Talent Ability Based on the Enterprise's Demand

当前随着电子商务的发展,企业对电子商务人才需求持续上升,而另一方面高校培养的很多电商专业的毕业生因缺乏实战技能无法顺利上岗。文中从企业对电商人才的需求角度出发,分析电子商务人才培养和需求现状,总结出电子商务人才特质、电子商务实务能力和电子商务技术与管理基础三部分能力构成的电子商务人才能力构成体系,并通过AHP法对各能力对形成电子商务人才质量的重要性进行了对比分析。

With the development of e -commerce,the demand for e -commerce talent is continuously rising,on the other hand,the cultivation of university graduates in e -commerce are unable to start their career successfully because of the lack of practical skills.Based on the enterprise demand for e -commerce talent,this article analyzed of e -commerce talents training and the present situation of market demand,and summed up the ability constitution system of e -commerce professional＇s qualities （Characteristics,e -commerce practice ability and foundation of e -commerce technology and management）.We applied the AHP method to calculate the weight of the indicators of the ability system and conducted comparison analysis on all the 15 indicators of the ability.
