摘要
学生是学风建设的主体,学风与学习之力紧密相关,学习之力也可称为学习竞争力;学习竞争力可以归纳为8个方面,即动力、定力、勤力、毅力、心力、践行力、体力、影响力;学生是学习的主体,同时,学生的学习又需要引导;评价制度对学习的引导具有不可替代的作用;现行评价制度既有合理性,又有明显缺陷,需要改革、完善。
Students are the subjective in construction of learning atmosphere, which is closely related to ability of learning (also called power of learning competitiveness). The power of learning competitiveness includes power of motivation, permanence, diligence, perseverance, intelligence, influence, and physical power. The students are also the subjective of learning, whose learning needs guidance, especially guidance of evaluation system. However, the current evaluation system exists either rationality or defect, which need reform and improvement.
