摘要
心血管疾病(CVD)是一类由遗传和环境因素相互作用引起的复杂性疾病。近年来通过全基因组关联分析(GWAS)研究不仅将以前发现的已知变异位点在CVD大样本人群中得到验证,而且还发现了许多与CVD疾病常见类型冠心病和心肌梗死(CAD/MI)、缺血性脑卒中(IS)相关的新基因变异,这无疑对我们理解CVD的遗传发病机制奠定了基础,也极大地促进了CVD遗传学的发展。本文就CVD常见的疾病类型即CAD/MI,IS的GWAS研究现状及转化医学的临床应用前景作一综述。
Cardiovascular disease ( CVD) is a kind of complex disease caused by the interaction between genetic and environ-mental factors.Through a genome-wide association analysis in recent years ( GWAS) , We not only verify previously known mutation loci in CVD in a large sample population but also find many new gene variants related to the common types of CVD, such as coronary artery disease, myocardial infarction (CAD/MI), and ischemic stroke (IS).In this paper, we summarized the recent advance of GWAS research on CVD and show a prospect of clinical application of translational medicine.
