城市部件普查是一项投资规模较大、影响范围广的市政测绘工程项目,全面摸清城市管理部件的分布和现状,建立城市管理部件数据库,是数字化城市管理的关键。本文以南宁市主要道路井盖普查项目为背景,从技术方法的视角分析了部件普查的关键技术、质量检查方法和实施要点,并在项目中验证技术方案可行性。

Urban components census is a municipal surveying and mapping project which has a large-scale investment and a wide range of influence. The key to digital urban management is to fully ascertain the distribution and status of urban management unit and the establishment of urban management component database. This paper has its background of well cover in the main road of Nanning,from the perspective of technical methods to analyze the key technology of components census, quality inspection methods and essentials of implementation,and also verify the feasibility of technical plans in the project.
