《学记》“长善救失”思想在教育中的传播与发展 被引量:2

摘要 "长善救失"出自《学记》,是我国传统教育的重要原则,在当下由"教"到"学"转向的背景之下,应当得到大力继承和发扬。回溯"长善救失"两千多年的传播和发展过程,发现这一原则蕴含以下先进理念:由关注学生的性格弱点转向关注学生学习过程中出现的问题,由教师的单纯灌输转向学生的自主学习,由单一看待"多、寡、易、止"转为辩证看待它们之间的关系。此外,从世界教育发展的角度来看,我国在继承传统教育思想精髓上,应该走向科学化道路。 Promoting pupil's virtues and correcting their defects from the learning is an important traditional Chinese education principle. Now under the background of teaching to learning, we should inherit and carry forward the principle vigorously. Combing two thousand years of the spread and development process of promoting pupil's virtues and correcting their defects, we discover that the principle implies the following advanced concepts: the focus on turning the student's character weaknesses to student's problems in the learning process; turning teachers' single indoctrination to the independent study by students; turning the single view of many, few, easy, just to the attitude of treating the relationships between them dialectically. In addition, from the perspective of the world' s educational development, our country should inherit the essence of traditional education and move towards to a scientific way.
