摘要
从调查高职院校学生常规管理工作中的公平问题入手,分析调查数据得出学生管理工作中的操守考核、综合素质测评、评优评奖三个方面出现的不公平现象。为了避免不公平现象对学生造成不良影响,根据调查结果从上述三个方面剖析产生不公平现象的原因,提出应对策略。
The paper starts with the investigation on the unfairness in the higher vocational colleges students routine management.Through analyzing the survey data, it is found that there are unfair phenomena in the management in terms of integrity assessment, comprehensive quality assessment, evaluation and awards.In order to avoid the adverse effects of the unfair phenomenon on students, the paper lists three reasons for the unfairness in three aspects and puts forward relevent solutions.
