摘要
本文介绍了莱城发电厂在#3机组DCS改造过程中,所进行的研究及实施情况。此次改造包含了电子间工程改造、机柜底座加工安装、电缆桥架敷设、ECS系统改造、大屏幕改造等一系列施工。通过热控系统的一体化改造,得到一个全新的分散控制系统,改造后系统在降低发电煤耗取得了显著成效,机组控制系统的性能和自动化水平比改造前也有较大的提高。系统改造通过后续调整试验,安全、平稳地切换到新系统运行。该项目的成功实施对实现同类型电厂DCS系统改造具有重要的借鉴意义。
