摘要
为跟进国家电网"以改革创新精神坚定不移推进‘两个转变’,强化员工能力素质培训"的总体战略部署,培养适合公司发展要求的新一代员工,西安分院对国网新员工学员培训管理模式做了"三创新"的研究与实践。本文以西安分院咸阳校区为例,对管理模式"三创新"的提出及通过实践后,整体培训质量和满意度得到的成效作一论述。
In order to follow up the State Grid's general strategic disposition of "Taking advantage of the reform and innovation spirit to promote 'two changes' and strengthen the employee's capability and quality training as well as to cultgvate a new generation of staffs who can meet the corporation development demands, Xi'an branch researched and practiced on the "three innovations" of the management mode of the State Grid's New Staffs Training.Using this as an example,this paper discusses about the overall training quality and the degree of satisfaction and practice of "three innovations".
