关于我国农村成人学校办学的实践与探索——以四川省为例

摘要 本文从办学重点、办学条件、师资力量、办学规模及办学特点等方面对四川省农村成人学校进行了分析,并针对其办学所存在的师资困难、教育经费不足和生源组织困难等问题提出了相应的策略:利用远程教育资源,建立健全农民网络学习平台;整合各方资源,共享教育成果;从学习主体的需求出发,注重培训课程的多元化;突出特色,以品牌建设实现农村社区教育的新发展。就农村成人学校办学进行探讨,对提高农村劳动力素质、促进农村人力资源开发,乃至"三农"问题的解决,都具有重要的意义。 This paper analyzes the school-running mode of rural adult schools in Sichuan Prov- ince from the aspects of educational focuses, conditions, faculty staff, scale and characteristics. Focusing on the problems existed in school-running such as the faculty deficiency, shortage in education funds, and difficulties in students organization, this paper puts forward the corresponding strategies as follows: Making full use of distance educational resources in order to establish and improve the farmers' online learning platform. Integrating all resources and sharing educational achievements. Based on the demands of learning subjects, the diversity of training courses will be emphasized. Highlighting regional features and realizing the new development of the rural community education by means of brand building. The enquiry into rural adult school education has vital significance as to improve the quality of rural labor force and promote the rural human resources development as well as resolve the Issues Concerning Agriculture.
