摘要 面对高昂的油价,船东倾向选择节能、环保、效率高的船;为此推出了宽体尾机型3500TEU集装箱船,相比同尺度的中尾机型集装箱船可以带来更多的箱位和重箱数。船舶自身配备3台克令吊,实现对工作区域全部箱位操作。布置紧凑,各类设备齐全。线型优良,但给结构设计布置和振动带来诸多挑战。以德国船级社(GL)规范为依据,简要介绍了该船的结构设计、振动计算.对结构形式及布置进行了优化,从而解决了尾机型带来的强度问题、布置难题及振动问题。 In view of high oil price, ship owners were prone to choose eco-friendly, high efficient and energy-saving vessels. A new generation of 3 500 TEU container vessel was developed, featuring superstructure and diesel engine located aft. Compared with container with similar dimension which located engine amid ship ,the new design achieved a larger number of containers and heavy containers. This vessel was equipped with 3 cranes, capable of full range operation for all containers. With optimized hull lines, compact arrangement and various equipments on board, the design brought challenges to structure arrangement and vibration prevention, Structural design ,vibration calculation and optimization of structure details were discussed in this paper. Solutions for layout, vibration and strength issues caused by locating engine aft were provided.
