摘要 当船舶发生失火或者其他紧急情况时,船舶电力系统里的应急切断系统可以及时切断为主机服务的油泵及全船风机的电源,当险情排除后船舶仍然可以正常运行。该系统越来越引起船东和船级社的重视。针对各大船级社,如中国船级社、挪威船级社、德国劳氏船级社、美国船级社、英国劳氏船级社、法国船级社,就关于船舶风机和主机油泵应急切断要求进行分析.并为船东及船厂设计出合理的应急切断方案。 The emergency shutdown system was a part of ship power system which shut down the power of E/R oil pump working for main engine when the vessel was in an emergency situation. Once the risk was eliminated, the vessel could re-run normally. Nowadays, the emergency shutdown system was getting more and more attention from ship owners and class societies. Analysis was done based on CCS, DNV, GL, ABS, LR, and BV rules. Proposals were given for the ship design.
