基于班导师模式下的本科生创新能力培养研究

创新能力是民族进步的灵魂、经济竞争的核心。对于当前的教育形势,提出了以班导师模式为主体核心的培养模式。在不断的探索实践中,总结出了本科生创新能力的培养模式机制和实施模式体制,并完善培养及实施模式的各种保障机制,全面提高本科生的创新能力和综合素质。文章针对高校在班导师模式下培养本科生创新能力的方式方法进行了研究与探索。

Innovation is the soul of nation＇s progress, also the core of economic competition.A training mode with homeroom teacher mode centrally was put forward about current education situation.With continuous exploring and practicing,undergraduate＇s innovation ability about training mode mechanism and implemendon mode＇s ensuring mechanism was being perfected to improve undergraduates＇ innovation ability and comprehensive quality.The paper aims at studying and exploring the way colleges and universities with the mode of homeroom teacher to train undergraduates＇ innovation ability.
