IntraBeam系统在乳腺癌保乳术中应用的安全性研究 被引量:4

Evaluate the safety of intraBeam in the area of breast conserving operation

摘要 目的研究IntraBeam术中放疗在乳腺癌保乳术中的安全性。方法回顾性分析2012年6月-2013年5月济南军区总医院甲状腺乳腺外科收治56例早期乳腺癌保乳手术患者的病例资料,其中28例同期行术中放疗,28例患者不行术中放疗,对两组患者术后并发症进行比较。结果术中放疗组发生脂肪坏死13例,未行放疗组脂肪坏死6例;术中放疗组术后积液18例,未行放疗组术后积液9例。两组间比较差异有统计学意义。但两组患者在切口感染、切口愈合时间、术后皮肤感觉改变、术区疼痛、术后血肿及术后乳房外形美观度方面比较差异均无统计学意义。结论IntraBeam系统对乳腺癌患者保乳术中实施术中放疗是安全可行的。 Objective This study was to evaluate the safety of IntraBeam in the area of breast conserving opera- tion. Methods The clinical data of 56 cases of early breast cancer patients were analyzed retrospectively from June 2012 to May 2013. All cases were breast cancer conservation therapy. Twenty-eight cases were to given Intraopera- tive radiotherapy. Twenty-eight cases were not to given Intraoperative radiotherapy. Two groups of patients were compared in postoperative complications. Results The group of intraoperative radiotherapy incidence of fat necro- sis was 13,control group was 6 ; the group of intraoperative radiotherapy incidence of postoperative effusion was 18, control group was 9, the group of intraoperative radiotherapy incidence of fat necrosis, postoperative effusion was in- creased, but the two groups of patients in the infection of incision, healing time, skin feeling, feeling pain, postop- erative hematoma and the shape of all patients' breasts were no statistical differences. Conclusions The intraBeam equipnrent for early breast cancer patients in perioperative intraoperative radiation therapy is safe and feasible.
