行星式自动切管机系统设计

摘要 为解决工业生产中钢管切割的切削断面不平整、精度不高且切割效率低下的问题,根据行星式的结构优势,将行星切割作为主运动,实现对切削屑的控制及达到断面平整的效果。结合定长切割和定量进刀的要求,采用全伺服直驱设计,并利用电子齿轮控制脉冲当量来保证精度以满足工业生产要求。整个系统通过PLC进行控制,实现六轴全伺服控制。系统包含自动、手动以及半自动三种控制模式。通过触摸屏通讯,简化系统的操作性。本系统可靠性好,控制线路简洁、灵活,并且切割效率高,实用性强。 In order to solve the problems that the steel pipe cutting section was not smooth,accuracy not high and the low efficiency of cutting in the industrial production,the study took the planet cutting as the main motion so as to reach the goals of controlling the cutting chips and smoothness of the cutting section according to the advantage of planetary structure.It combined the requirement of the fixed length cutting with that of quantitative feed,and the system adopted full servo direct drive design as well as used electronic gear to control the pulse equivalent to ensure the accuracy for the sake of meeting the requirements of industrial production.The whole system,including automatic,manual and semi-automatic,was controlled by PLC and could achieve the aim of controlling the six axes servo.The system,which could be simplified by the means of the touch communication,has the characteristics of reliability,simple circuit,flexible control,and strong practicability.
