摘要
由激光加工系统、旋转工作台机构和PLC控制系统组成,针对传统专用打孔机打孔样式单一,工作效率、精度不高的问题,实现光、机、电三者的紧密配合自动化打孔。采用飞行光路的加工方案,能够对不同车型保险杠的不同孔型进行打孔加工。打孔机中的激光加工系统具有灵活、稳定和高精度等优点。
The laser drilling machine consists of the laser processing system,the rotary worktable and the PLC control system.By solving the problems of single punch style and low work efficiency and precision,this machine can help achieve the close coordination of the light,machine,electric automation punch.Using processing scheme of flight path,it can carry on the punch to the different bumper according to different punching types.The laser processing system has the advantages of flexibility,stability and high precision on.
