摘要
以棉纤维的纵向形态为研究对象,分析两种传统的直径测量方法。针对采用传统方法存在的误差和耗时问题,使用微分干涉相差显微图像采集系统和计算机图像处理技术,根据像素长度的特性,提出一种快速测量直径的模型。结果表明,该测量方法绕开了较多误差环节,不仅能保证测量准确率,而且测量速度较传统方法提升了5倍。
Taking the cotton's longitudinal morphology as the object of study,the paper analyzed two common geometric models of diameter measurement.Considering the error and time consuming of the conventional methods,the research used differential interference contrast microscopy image acquisition system and the computer image processing technology.Based on the property of the pixel length,a new fast model of diameter measurement was presented.Since many steps that may introduce errors are cut,the result shows that the method has quick calculating speed and high precision five times as much as before.
