摘要 以Maxwell公司的BCAP0310型号的超级电容器为研究对象,通过理论分析建立超级电容器的等效仿真电路模型,确定该模型的各项参数,完成对超级电容器单体的建模。利用SIMULINK软件对现有的主要超级电容器串联均压方法进行仿真验证及分析,在此基础上提出采用两级均压控制的超级电容器串联分组均压法。该方法采用稳压管法作为第二级控制方法以保证串联组件的充电的收敛性,第一级选取基于能量转移型技术的稳压方法。经过仿真实验验证,该方法拥有优于单纯串联均压法的均压效果。 Choosing the BCAP0310 super capacitor made by Maxwell as the research object,the study established super capacitor equivalent circuit simulation model through the theoretical analysis,and identified the parameters of the model to complete the modeling of the super capacitor monomer.Simulation and analysis were applied in the existing main methods of super capacitor series voltage balancing,on the basis of which put forward a new kind of voltage balancing method that adopts two stage pressure equalizing control grouping of super capacitors in series connection.The voltage regulator tube method was used as a secondary level control method to guarantee the convergence of series components of charging,and the first level chose the voltage regulation method which was based on the energy transfer technology.Through simulation experiment,it is proved that this method,which is viewed as an improved one,is superior to the single series voltage balancing.
