摘要
瘦素是一种主要由脂肪组织产生、167个氨基酸组成的蛋白质。近年研究表明瘦素在骨代谢的调节过程中发挥重要作用。目前,瘦素调控骨代谢的方式大致有两种,即外周直接调控骨代谢和中枢间接调控骨代谢。5-羟色胺(5-serotonin,5-HT)、神经肽U(Neuropeptide U,NMU)、神经肽Y(Neuropeptide Y,NPY)以及可卡因安非他明调节转录肽(Cocaine and amphetamine regulated transcript,CART)是中枢调节骨代谢的重要神经介质。瘦素调控骨代谢的临床研究目前还相对比较局限,主要的研究是骨质疏松及骨关节炎,本文综述了近年来瘦素参与骨代谢调节的现状以及对未来研究的展望。瘦素调控骨代谢的研究可能为这些骨代谢病的预防及治疗提供新的方向。
Leptin is a protein consisting of 167 amino acids which is secreted by adipose tissues. Recently, studies have shown that leptin plays an important role in bone metabolism through the indirect peripheral regulation and direct central regulation. Neuropeptide U (NMU), 5-serotonin (5-HT), neuropeptide Y (NPY) as well as cocaine and amphetamine regulated transcript (CART) are important neurotransmitters in central regulation of bone metabolism. Currently, clinical studies on bone metabolism of leptin regulation are relatively limited, mainily in osteoporosis and osteoarthritis. This review is about the role of leptin plays in bone metabolism. Researches on leptin regulation of bone metabolism may provide a new direction for prevention and treatment of these metabolic bone diseases.
