摘要
简述了焦炉煤气、甲醇弛放气制合成氨的工艺流程和技术特点,介绍了完善其生产装置的主要节能改造措施:在化学水工段,将原水管线直接接入多介质过滤器;在提氢工段,不使用蒸汽加热器和冷却器;在合成工段,废热锅炉给水泵中加装变频器。改造结果表明:焦炉煤气、甲醇弛放气制合成氨系统的化学水工段、提氢工段、合成工段运行更加平稳,可降低能耗,并具有较好的经济效益。
The technological process and technical features of ammonia production based on coke oven gas and methanol purge gas were sketched and the key energy conservation measures for improving the production facilities were introduced. In the chemical water section, the former water pipeline was directly connected with the multi-media filter. In the hydrogen extraction section, the steam heater and the cooler were no longer used. In the synthesis section, the frequency converter was installed onto the water feed pump of the wasteheat boiler. The results showed that the operation of the chemical water section, the hydrogen extraction section and the synthesis section of the ammonia production system based on coke oven gas and methanol purge gas became smoother and the energy consumption became less, thus achieving quite good economic benefits.
