浙江省海洋产业结构变迁对区域经济增长的影响研究

Zhejiang province ocean industry structure transition's influence on district economy growth

针对浙江省近年来海洋产业发展迅速,有望成为经济发展新增长点的问题,文章以浙江省1997—2011年数据为样本,通过协整分析和VEC模型,发现随着时间的推移,海洋产业结构变迁对区域经济增长的促进作用愈加明显。此外,还运用脉冲响应与方差分解具体研究了海洋三次产业对区域经济的影响力,发现海洋第三产业会产生较强的正向冲击,而海洋第一产业作用并不显著。因此浙江省应该继续坚持"海洋强省"的建设目标,优化海洋产业结构。

In recent years, the rapid development of marine economic in Zhejiang Province, is expected to become a new growth point of economic development. Based on co-integration analysis and VEC model in Zhe- jiang Province from 1997 to 2011, the study found that marine economic play role in promoting regional eco- nomic growth apparently over time.ln addition, the use of specific impulse response and variance decomposi- tion of the three industries on marine economy, found that marine tertiary industry will have a strong posi- tive impact, while marine first industrial action is not significant. Therefore, Zhejiang should continue to build the goal of “Ocean province” and improve marine industrial structure.
