Design of multi-position progressive die for fork-shaped electrical conductive part

摘要 针对电器用叉形导电件的结构特性进行冲压成形工艺分析,设计比较了两套排样方案,最终确定采用将制件正、反颠倒放置的单排式排样。该排样方案包括冲裁、压型、弯曲、空工位、切断等12个工序,板料每前进一步距冲制两个制件,冲裁件受力均匀、材料利用率和生产率较高。异形冲裁凸模采用局部台肩定位方式,部分冲裁凸模采用上端整体、下端分体结构;凹模采用凹模镶块设计,部分冲裁工序凹模镶块设计成整体式结构;为了保证制件弯曲部分精度,制件斜角弯曲采用两道向上弯曲工序,弹顶器起到压料和卸料功能。 The stamping process of fork-shaped electrical conductive part was analyzed based on its structure characteristics. The two sets of layout schemes were designed. The single row layout with the parts upside down was confirmed by comparing the above two layout schemes, which consists of 12 processes including punching, profiling, bending, empty station, cutting and etc. When the strip is moved forward every step, two parts are obtained, so the parts are forced uniformly. In consequence, material utilization and producing efficiency are much higher. The alien shaped blanking punches were all positioned by local stairs and some of which were designed as a structure of the upper part in integral while the lower in sub-structure. Dies were designed as die inserts, and die inserts of partial blanking processes were designed as an integral structure. In order to ensure the accuracy of the bending parts, two upward bending processes were applied in the angle bending with the elastic ejection devices playing the roles of pressure and unloading for the part.
