摘要
通过对汽车机盖包边工艺分析,介绍了一种带旋转压合机构的汽车机盖包边工艺方案,以及汽车机盖包边模结构设计。重点描述了机盖包边模结构、旋转压合机构及工作原理,实现了压合镶块沿压合包边面法向压合的目的。保证了包边后型面陡峭区域棱线顺畅,各个制件搭接间隙均匀,表面质量与包边外板单件表面质量一致。解决了由于包边部位压合过程中产生平行包边面方向的分力作用在外观棱线及压合包边关联部位的外表面,导致制件变形,从而提高制件的压合质量。经生产实际证明,该机盖包边工艺方案及旋转压合机构设计可提升产品外观质量及生产效率。
After analyzing the hemming process of the engine cover, a hemming process with rotating pressing mechanism for car engine cover and its structure design of corresponding hemming die were introduced. The structure of the engine cover hemming die, rotary pressing mechanism and its working principle were emphasized. The pressing along the normal direction was realized by pressing the in- sert blocks. Therefore, the smooth external ridge in the steep area, the uniformity in overlap gap of each part and the consistency of sur- face quality after hemming were guaranteed. The deformation of part caused by the force that is parallel to the direction of hemming surface during pressing, and impacts on the external ridge and surface of associated parts in pressing and hemming were avoided. As a result, the pressing quality was improved. It is proved in actual production that the hemming process of engine cover and the design of rotary pressing mechanism can enhance the quality in appearance and its production efficiency.
