摘要
系统性红斑狼疮的发病机制十分复杂,现在已有多种已知的因子可能或明确与系统性红斑狼疮相关,这些因子相互联系,共同作用,其中一些作为因果关系存在于SLE的发病过程中。研究这些细胞因子对从分子角度客观地了解SLE的发生、发展、转归有着积极的作用。目前紫外线因素所导致的发病机制受到了国内外学者的重视,包括其引起的T淋巴细胞凋亡紊乱和DNA甲基化水平的降低。现就紫外线在系统性红斑狼疮发病中的影响作一综述。
The pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus ( SLE) is very complicated.It has been shown that a variety of factors have involved in SLE.Cytokines are important to understand the mechanisms of SLE.Recently, many studies have focused on the effects of ultraviolet on SLE such as the disorder of apoptosis in T lymphocytes and lower level of DNA methylation have drawn the attention of scholars.
