摘要
对于内压设备来说,防止其超压是安全生产的必要条件,但在实际生产中往往忽略其承受外压的情况,从而使设备失稳而破坏。临界压力PCR是判断外压薄壁容器失效的主要依据。通过对两起吸瘪事故的数据分析和受力计算,找到吸瘪原因并提出了防范措施。
For the internal pressure device, to prevent the overpressure is a necessary condition for stable work, but in actual production often overlooked subjected to external pressure, prompting device instability and failure. Therefore, the critical pressure Pσ is the main method for the thin-walled container failure judgment to external pressure.
