摘要
为减小多管火箭炮射击时定向器的振动,以减小火箭弹的初始扰动和提高射击密集度,根据其振动特性,提出了在高低机两侧分别设置高低锁杆的技术方案。运用Abaqus软件生成高低锁杆的柔性体文件,导入Adams中建立全炮的刚柔耦合动力学模型。根据有锁杆和无锁杆模型的仿真结果,计算并对比振动的平均峰值和显著衰减时间,验证方案的减振效果。研究表明该方案可有效减小定向器的振动,对多管火箭炮的设计具有重要参考价值。
In order to reduce the vibration of the directors of multiple rocket launchers, decrease the initial disturbance of rockets and improve the firing dispersion, this paper proposes a technical scheme that two pitch locking rods are added to both sides of the eleva- ting mechanism according to the vibration characteristic of directors. The flexible locking rods are built by Abaqus, which are imported into Adams, and then the rigid-flexible coupling model of the rocket launcher is developed. The average peak value and the signifi- cant damping time of the vibration are calculated and contrasted. Based on the simulation results of the models with and without loc- king rods, the vibration damping effect of the scheme is verified. The research shows that the scheme can effectively reduce the vi- bration of directors, and it is of great reference value for design of multiple rocket launchers.
