离心压气机相似转速数值研究

摘要 以某型地面燃机的离心式低压压气机为对象进行了全三维数值模拟,分别计算了折合转速相同但进口总温、总压及物理转速不同的7种状态的压气机工作特性曲线,其中物理转速分别为90%、100%及105%。结果表明:折合转速相同时流场的相似程度较高但性能差别较大,随着进口总温升高、总压减小雷诺数降低,压气机增压比、效率降低。 A type of low pressure centrifugal compressor of a ground gas turbine is used to do its three dimensional numerical simu- lation and calculate the characteristic curres of the compressor in the seven different cases of inlet total temperature, total pressure, and different physical speed of 90%, 100% and 105%, with same conversion speed. The results show that in the same conversion speed the flow of the compressor is quite similar, but its performance is different largely, and with the rising of the inlet total tempera- ture and the reducing the inlet total pressure, Reynolds number, the compressor pressure ratio and efficiency are reduced.
