摘要
虚拟仿真技术是通过建立基于实际加工环境的虚拟仿真加工系统,模拟与实际加工完全吻合的加工情况,对数控加工的可靠性进行检验。介绍了基于CAD/CAM的虚拟仿真加工系统的体系构架、虚拟仿真加工系统中的机床建模和虚拟仿真加工功能的实现,并以实际案例说明了虚拟仿真技术的实现过程。
The virtual simulation technology is used to check the CNC manufacturing process based on establishing the virtual simu- lation system, in which the real manufacturing environment can be miniched. The paper mainly introduces the architecture, machine modeling, and simulation functions of the simulation system based on CAD/CAM and describes the real process for example.
