摘要
利用有限元方法对连接用金属波纹管建模,分别进行了轴向载荷及复合载荷下的变形计算,分别得到了波纹管在复杂载荷下的变形量和应力。同时进行模态分析,得到前6阶固有频率和振型。计算结果表明,波纹管波谷处的应力较大,且波谷处的应力值大于波峰处的应力值,波纹管的低阶振型是自由端的横向振动,对波纹管的安全性影响不大。第10阶振型是轴向拉伸和扭转的叠加,易导致其断裂失效。
This paper makes the modal analysis with axial and combined loads using FEM respectively and obtains the displace- ment, stress and free frequency. The result shows that the stress of bellow trough is higher than that of its crest. The low order vibra- tion mode is lateral oscillation which does not affect its safety greatly, but the 10th vibration mode is combination of axial tension and torsion, which tends to cause its fracture failure.
