摘要
采用嵌入式人工热电偶的方法对C/E复合材料高速硬质合金钻削刀具进行测温试验,并通过研究切削参数对其刀具后刀面温度的影响来验证该试验装置的可靠性。为了克服热电偶导线从旋转刀具引出的困难,先用线切割的方法在钻头的螺旋槽到第二后刀面处割个通孔,热电偶埋在通孔中,并用导热胶粘附在钻头的第二后刀面上,避免了热电偶在钻削的过程被工件材料磨掉。全程干切削结果表明是可靠的。
This paper makes a study of the temperature measurement of high speed ddlling tool make of C/E composite material. Experiment shows that the equipment with special fixture and embedded thermocoupie is available for use to avoid drawing the ther- mocouple wires from the rotary cutting tool, Furthermore, the thermocouples are embedded in the hole and glued to the second frank surface of cutting tool by wire-EDM. To prevent the wear during the machining process the result shows that it is reliable.
