摘要
以虚拟仪器技术为核心,结合数据采集模块、伺服控制模块,设计了柱塞式限位开关参数测试系统,实现产品的接触电阻、荷重、位移的测试,并能根据测试结果自动判别产品合格与否。现场实验表明,该测试系统性能稳定,工作可靠,测试精度高。
This paper introduces a plunger limit switch parameter testing system with servo control module and data acquisition mod- ule, based on Virtual Instrument Technology. This system is enabled to test the contacting resistance, force and displacement. And the qualification of products is automatically judged according to the measured results. Field experiment shows that the parameter testing system has a stable and reliable performance with high precision.
