摘要
采用微波一火焰原子吸收法测定马兰中微量元素Fe,Mg,K,Ca,Zn,Na的质量分数,该方法快速、简单、准确,回收率在96.31%~104.89%之间,相对标准偏差RSD〈2.15%.结果表明,马兰中Ca,Mg,K元素的质量分数较高,具有很好的营养价值和较高的食用价值.同时也为马兰的进一步研究和深加工利用提供了新的科学依据.
Seven kinds microelement such as Fe, Mg, K, Ca, Zn, Na in Kalimerisindica have been detected and analyzed by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The recovery of standard addition was 96.31%~104.89%, and the relative standard deviation RSD〈2.15%. The result showed that Ca, Mg and K have a high percent in Kalimerisindica which has rich value of nutrition and medical health. In addition, supplies the new science accrowdance for the further reseach and second machining.
