摘要
在一种新型势阱下,理论上研究了量子阱中三次谐波系数.在有效质量近似下,通过求解薛定谔方程得到了相关波函数和能级,并利用密度矩阵理论和迭代法得到了三次谐波系数的表达式.研究结果表明,三次谐波系数受到新型势阱宽度d和参数U0的强烈影响.
The third harmonic generation coefficients (THG) in quantum wells with a new potential are studied theoretically. We obtain eigenfunctions and energy eigenvalues by means of solving Schrodinger equation within the framework of effective mass approximation method. The analytic expressions of the third-harmonic generation coefficients can be got using the compact-density-matrix approach and iterative method. It is found that the THG coefficients are affected by the width of the quantum well d and the parameter U0.
