针对工程中出现圆形构件设计时传统的钢筋弯曲机不能满足工程施工需求,无法利用原有设备完成圆形钢筋的制作情况,研制了钢筋弯曲机制作圆形钢筋的改进技术,在原有机械的基础上增加了机械设备使用的功能性,延长了机械的使用寿命,改进了施工作业方法,打破了传统弯曲机的局限性。

In light of circular reinforcement components design problems, such as traditional steel bender can not meet engineering construction demands, it is hard to finish circular reinforcement fabrication with original equipment and other conditions, and the paper studies the transforma- tion technology of circular reinforcement fabrication with steel bender. As a result, it increases utilization functions of machinery equipment, pro- longs its life cycle, improves construction methods, and avoids limits of traditional steel bender as well.
