超高层建筑钢管混凝土浇灌技术研究

Research on steel pipe concrete pouring technology of high-rise building

结合实际工程项目,介绍了钢管混凝土浇筑施工方法,重点对施工中高强高性能混凝土配合比确定、钢管柱内钢筋施工、混凝土浇筑等关键工序及难点控制作了研究,并对钢管混凝土质量检测进行论述,以期为类似工程提供借鉴。

Combining with the actual engineering project, this paper introduced the pouring construction method of steel pipe concrete, emphati- cally researched the construction high strength and high performance concrete mix ratio determination, steel tube reinforced column construction, concrete pouring and other key processes and difficulties control, and discussed the quality detection of steel pipe concrete, in order to provide reference for similar engineering.
