摘要
从水泥水化的角度对再生水泥稳定碎石的再生机理进行了分析,在相同条件下采用水泥对新碎石材料和回收水泥混凝土材料进行了稳定,并在不同水泥剂量下采用振动法成型了试件,测定了两种混合料试件各龄期下的无侧限抗压强度,并作了对比分析,研究结果表明,新水泥稳定碎石材料和再生水泥稳定碎石材料的各项强度均随水泥剂量和龄期的增长而增长,再生水泥稳定碎石的7 d强度高于新材料而90 d强度略低于新材料。
Starting from the aspect of cement hydration, the paper analyzes recycled mechanism of recycled cement-stabilized macadam, makes a stabilization for new macadam materials and recycled cement concrete materials with cement under similar conditions, forms testing components with vibration method under different cement dosage, tests unconfined compressive strength of two kinds of mixture testing components under their different ages, and makes a comparative analysis. The research results show that : the strength of new cement-stabilized macadam material and re- cycled cement-stabihzed macadam material increases with the cement dosage and age increasing, the 7 d strength of recycled cement-stabilized macadam is higher than that of new material, however, the 90 d strength of recycled cement-stabilized macadam is lower than that of new material.
