In this paper, based on the theory, combined with the development of auditing practice, and to explore scientific investment audit management mechanism, is committed to provide a solution for the background of the current government under the new urbanization in reality in- vestment project audit issues, and promote investment in government project management innovation and reform, and to improve construction management and government investment efficiency of government investment and construction projects.
