针对当前建筑施工管理中存在的现场缺乏规范化管理、施工人员技术水平较低、施工管理意识不足等问题进行了分析,并提出了对应的解决措施,以加强建筑工程的施工管理,保证工程的顺利进行,进而确保工程的质量。

This paper made analysis according to lacking of site standardized management, low technical level of construction personnel, insuffi- ciency construction management consciousness and other problems in currently construction management, and put forward corresponding solving measures, to strengthen the construction management of construction engineering, ensured the engineering smooth progress, then ensured that the engineering quality.
