摘要 针对螺旋锥齿轮成形铣削原理,在Delphi+OpenGl环境下,根据机床、刀具和齿轮之间的位置关系和切齿过程,建立了齿轮和刀具内刀面、外刀面的数学模型,推导齿轮和刀具的求交算法。依据三角片的连接原理,通过建立点链表和辅助链表的数据结构以及两者之间的关系,得出刀具、齿轮的三维实体模型,开发螺旋锥齿轮成形铣削仿真软件.该软件在Delphi环境下运行,生成独立可执行文件.可真实地模拟切削过程,为后续的螺旋锥齿轮的数字化制造奠定坚实的基础. In the environment of Delphi+OpenGl, the mathematical models of bevel gear and the surface of the cutter knife are set up according to positional relationship and cutting process of machine tool, cutter and gear. The intersection algorithm of cutting tool and gear is derived. According to the connection principle of triangle cutting tool and the gear entity model is set up by establishing a point list and auxiliary linked list data structure and relationship between the two. The form milling simulation software of spiral bevel gears is developed, which is based on form milling theory of spiral bevel gear. The software can run independently in Delphi, and can realistically simulate the cutting process and lay solid foundation for the subsequent digital manufacture.
