毛发快速染色的工艺研究

研究了发制品行业中快速染色助剂对毛发染色效果的影响。在常规染色工艺的基础上,加入自制的生物酶染色助剂,观察对染色过程的影响,并对染色成品进行性能测试,结果表明:加入快速染色助剂可使染色工艺时间缩短1/3以上,成品毛发断裂强度均高于国家标准,沾色级别为5级,符合毛发色牢度标准。

In this paper, the effect of rapid dyeing auxiliaries on hair coloration was mainly studied by adding as-prepared biological enzyme-dyeing auxiliaries based on the conventional dyeing process in the hair products industry. The experimental results show that adding biological enzyme in dyeing process, time of the finished process is reduced by more than a third, the breaking strength values of the finished hair are higher than that of the national standard, and the staining levels of the finished hair are also up to five, which are in accordance with the standard of hair color fastness.
