摘要
本文通过对TT接地系统接地故障时故障设备金属外壳对地电压降及接地故障电流值的分析,阐述RCD对人体间接触电的防护和火灾预防的必要性,以及RCD参数的设置方法。通过对人体因电击受到伤害的机理及电气火灾发生的原因到RCD参数的设置的详尽叙述,澄清某些电气工程师理解上的误区,给出兼顾电力供应连续性及人身财产安全的电气设计参考。
This paper simulated potential value between metallic enclosure of an carthing fault equipment and the ground, analyzed earthing iault current while earthing fault occurs in TT system. Then it described necessity of use RCD to protect people for their indirect e- lectrical shock and to prevent fire, and the method of RCD parameters setting. It ex- plained theory of electrical shock injury for human and principium of fire, and related RCD parameters setting to clarify some electrical engineer' s misunderstanding about it, and provided a design reference to considering both of continuity of power supply and safety for human and goods.
